OASPA Boot Camp
Are you new to HR? You are not alone. Every year many individuals join the ranks.
At our Fall Conference we offer HR 101, but that is a breakout session and most people need some basic training. In order to assist this group OASPA will offer a Boot Camp.
The basic training will focus on what every new HR Director should know. Attendees will hear from lawyers and experienced  HR professionals.
OASPA is accepting recruits for Boot Camp to learn the basic maneuvers of survival on the school personnel battlefield.
This full-day training is a must for HR administrators new to the field or administrators who aspire to join the HR ranks.
The cost for members - $150; non-members -  $250.
Recruits will report at 0800 hours at the Doubletree near Rt. 23 & 270 in Worthington.
The hotel has a special group rate of $106 (plus tax, unless you bring your district’s tax exempt form). If you call the hotel (614) 885-3334 say you are booking a room for the OASPA Boot Camp. If you prefer to book online click here.
